The Breath Zone Teacher Training covers all the fundamentals of Breathwork plus the science behind the breath, how to teach 1:1 sessions, groups, and design and lead workshops. We will also take some deep dives into releasing some of your “heavy”. Advanced trainings are available for learning more about marketing, effectively using social media, creating funnels or webinars, and more. These are done 1:1 and are customizable to your goals.

Upon completion, you receive a breathwork teacher certification from The Breath Zone.

OUR TYPICAL IN-PERSON SCHEDULE SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9:00 AM PST - 6:00 PM PST

NOTE: There are no refunds if you decide to purchase the training and later decide the timing doesn’t work for your schedule. Instead, you will receive a credit for a future training or any of our advanced training.
