In The Breathwork Teacher Training You will learn all the basics of how to teach breathwork, The Science of breath as well as the fundamentals of getting started as a teacher.

We no longer offer 2 separate modules. Going forward we have merged the training and eliminated some topics while still creating a wonderful foundational experience to get your start in the field as a breathwork teacher.

Soon we will be offering advanced training on topics like working with kids, corporate, finding your true voice, and additional practice working with other students so you get more comfortable working with clients along with how to market effectively on social media, how to build webpages and funnels fast, and more. These TBZ PODS for advanced training will be offered throughout the year towards fall 2024.

The TBZ basics training is perfect if you want to add breathwork to your existing wellness practice, like yoga, reiki, massage therapy, life coaching, or personal training. It is a great place to start if you are looking to eventually make breathwork a new full-time career. The Breath Zone Teacher Training covers all the fundamentals of Breathwork plus the science behind the breath, how to teach 1:1 sessions, groups, and design and lead workshops. We will also take some deep dives into releasing some of your “heavy”. Advanced trainings are available for learning more about marketing, effectively using social media, creating funnels or webinars, and more. These are done 1:1 and are customizable to your goals.

Upon completion, you receive a breathwork teacher certification from The Breath Zone.
