What To Expect In The TBZ Teacher Training Classes

There are 2 Modules to The Breath Zone Teacher Training Classes.

You can take them in any order but my suggestion is to take Module 1 first however to receive the TBZ Breathwork Teacher Certification you will need to complete both.  This is mostly due to the fact that I don’t feel in one weekend or one online course (unless teaching and leading groups etc. is in your background) you can be fully ready to lead larger groups, hold space when the crazy “stuff” hits the fan, do your own deeper exploration and understand the all that goes into creating a real Breathwork teaching career. 

If you are someone who is simply looking for more information about Breathwork and to deepen your own practice then taking either TBZ Module is perfect.  But if you truly want to make a career and a successful business out of teaching Breathwork then I encourage you to take both classes.
