The Breath Zone Teacher Training covers all the fundamentals of Breathwork plus the science behind the breath, how to teach 1:1 sessions, groups, and design and lead workshops. We will also take some deep dives into releasing some of your “heavy”. Advanced trainings are available for learning more about marketing, effectively using social media, creating funnels or webinars, and more. These are done 1:1 and are customizable to your goals.

Upon completion, you receive a breathwork teacher certification from The Breath Zone.
